Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Pay: $29.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
- Signing Bonus: Receive a $1,000 bonus after 6 months of employment.
- Referral Program: Earn a $500 referral fee for any hire who joins and stays for 6 months.

The Role:
As a Lead Installer, you will oversee and execute HVAC system installations for both replacements and new construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Supervise: Manage on-site installation crews to ensure timely project completion.
- Technical Execution: Expertly install heating and cooling systems while troubleshooting complex installation issues.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work meets strict company and industry quality standards.
- Client Relations: Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
- Team Coordination: Effectively collaborate with team members on diverse job sites.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HVAC replacements, new construction, and system maintenance (additional experience is a plus).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage on-site crew operations.
- Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage project timelines.
- License: Valid driver’s license is required.
