Mike and Holly acquired Shackelford in 2003 from the founder Tom Shackelford. Since then the company has grown considerably from a primarily Oregon only business into Madison and all of it’s surrounding communities. Mike and Holly enjoy golfing and stay busy with their childrens sports and activities.
Jim has been with Shackelford since 2004 and handles all our new construction work and you may see him at your replacement. He and his family enjoy sports, boating and their new dog.
John has over 25 yrs experience in the HVAC industry and has been on our team since 2015. John and his son spend time playing hockey and raising pigs.
Justin brings 15yrs of HVAC experience to the team. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys spending time with family, going to truck, tractor and horse pulls and is an avid movie goer.
Parker has worked with Shackelford since 2022 working on home replacements and service. In his free time, Parker enjoys drawing on large canvas with pen and ink.
Debbie brings 20 years of customer service to the team. She is our scheduler and office administrator. When Debbie is not working you can find her on the ice at a local curling club. She is an Olympian in the sport, and it is still her passion. She also enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs and husband. She looks forward to talking to you when you call Shackelford.
Holly began working at Shackelford full time in 2015. Answering the phone, scheduling, billing, handling marketing, social media and product warranty and registration are all her areas.
