Thank you for your interest in the GOLDSTAR preventative maintenance program offered exclusively by Shackelford Heating & Cooling.

The GOLDSTAR program has many benefits including annual cleaning of the eligible systems at a reduced rate, priority emergency service, 10% off diagnostic charges if we are called out to service your equipment, and 10% off replacement parts and labor.

There is no cost to become a GOLDSTAR customer! Simply complete and return the form provided. In late March and early September, you will receive an email reminder to schedule service and some available date options. This allows you to schedule at a convenient time, or to decline service for that season.

Continual preventative maintenance has been proven to add 5-10 years, on average, to the life of your equipment if maintained from the original date of installation.

You will receive a reminder email when we begin scheduling spring checks and fall checks each year.

You’ll have the reassurance knowing your HVAC system is well maintained all year long by highly trained and competent technicians, and if something does go wrong, we will be there. Similar to AAA or a home warranty company.
